Engineering Services & Site Support

Supply is the easy part. These are the jobs where the engineering actually decides whether the plant runs.

What we do on site

Nine areas we are called in for

Pump & control packages

S-01

New pump and controller supply with cabinet, PLC, fabrication and commissioning — delivered as a working package, not loose parts.

Rotating equipment overhaul

S-02

Gear pump and rotating equipment overhaul, with parts inspection, clearance checks and reassembly to specification.

Gas detection

S-03

Hexane and hydrocarbon gas detection for process areas, including sensor placement, calibration and alarm integration.

Flow measurement

S-04

Pitot tube and differential flow measurement, including straight-run assessment and installed verification.

Sampling systems

S-05

Sample gas conditioning and chiller systems that deliver a clean, dry, representative sample to the analyser.

Seal plans

S-06

API seal plan design and installation, including Plan 32 flush arrangements on chemical duty pumps.

OEM valve automation

S-07

Discharge gate valve and OEM machinery valve actuation, engineered to the machine builder’s envelope.

Knowledge training

S-08

Practical training for maintenance and operations teams on actuation, instrumentation and loop troubleshooting.

After-sales support

S-09

Spare parts, manufacturer clarification and site attendance planned from the start of the project.

How it works

From first enquiry to handover

Enquiry

01

You send valve data, a P&ID, or simply a description of what is not working.

Technical review

02

We size, check compatibility and flag anything that will cause trouble later.

Quotation

03

A scope you can read: what is included, what is not, and the lead time.

Supply & fabrication

04

Equipment ordered, assemblies built, tested and documented before dispatch.

Commissioning

05

Installation support, loop checks and functional testing with your team present.

After-sales

06

Spares, manufacturer liaison and site attendance when you need it.

FAQ

Questions we get before the first order

Valve type and size, break torque, differential pressure, power supply and how it will be controlled. If you don’t have all of it, send a nameplate photo and we will work from there.

Both. Scope is agreed per project — some clients take supply only, others take fabrication, installation and commissioning as one package.

Yes. We check mounting dimensions and stem details, then design the bracket and coupling so the valve stays in the line.

Ontrac and KVA for valve automation, plus ABB, Yokogawa, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, Pro-face, MURR Elektronik, PROCOMSOL, BiAR and Dell for electrical and instrument supply.

Yes — on-site knowledge training covering actuator setup, calibration and first-line fault finding, in Thai.

Tell us what is not working.

A short description is enough to start. An engineer will pick it up.
